Am 08.08.2022 tötete die Polizei Dortmund den 16-jährigen Mouhamed Lamine Dramé in der Nordstadt. Mouhamed, der aus dem Senegal nach Deutschland geflüchtet war, war in einer psychischen Krise. Bereits 2 Tage zuvor hatte er Hilfe in der psychiatrischen Klinik der LWL gesucht und war wieder heimgeschickt worden. An seinem Todestag hatten die Betreuer*innen seiner Wohngruppe Angst, er könnte sich selbst verletzten. Deshalb riefen sie die Polizei. Als die Polizei eintraf, saß Mouhamed in der hintersten Ecke eines Innenhofs. Er war keine Gefahr für irgendjemanden. Dennoch entschied sich die Polizei, den Hof zu stürmen. Sie griffen Mouhamed mit Pfefferspray an. Als er dann aufstand, schossen sie mit zwei Tasern und einer Maschinenpistole auf ihn. Mouhamed starb kurz darauf im Krankenhaus. Der Tod von Mouhamed Lamine Dramé hat uns alle erschüttert.
Bemerkenswert sind die Solidarität und die Rufe nach Aufklärung nach den Ereignissen vom 8.8.2022. Denn diese Geschichte ist bei Weitem kein Einzelfall. Seit der Wiedervereinigung sind alleine durch Schusswaffen mindestens 318 Menschen in Polizeieinsätzen getötet worden. Der Großteil der Todesfälle durch Polizeibeamt*innen (bspw. der Tod von Oury Jalloh) ist bis heute nicht hinreichend aufgeklärt, geschweige denn aufgearbeitet worden. In Dortmund hat der Verlust von Mouhamed verschiedene migrantische und politische Gruppen zusammengeführt. Gemeinsam wollen wir zur bundesweiten Demonstration aufrufen. Mouhameds schreckliches Schicksal ist nur eines von tausenden. Sie alle verdienen Aufklärung und Gerechtigkeit. Kommt mit uns auf die Straße, um den Opfern zu gedenken. Lasst uns gemeinsam stark gegen die herrschende Gewaltpraxis von Diskriminierung und Rassismus der Polizei demonstrieren.

APPEAL TO NATIONWIDE DEMONSTRATION THE 19.11.22 IN DORTMUNDJUSTICE4MOUHAMED- THERE ARE 1000 MOUHAMEDS – THEY DESERVE JUSTICE –
On 8.8.22 the Dortmund police department killed Mouhamed Lamine Dramé in the nothern citypart. Mouhamed, who was taking refuge from Senegal, was in a deep psychological crisis.Already two days before, he was seeking help in the psychiatric clinic of the LWL and has been sent home again. The day of his death his advisors in the roominggroup that he was living in were afraid he could harm himself. This was why they called the police. When the police arrived Mouhamed sat in the back of a courtyard. He was no threat to noone. Nevertheless the police decided to storm the back of the courtyard. They attacked Mouhamed with pepperspray. When he stood up they fired with two tasers and a machine gun. Mouhamed died shortly afterwoods in a nearby hospital. The death of Mouhamed shook us all deeply. There has been a remarcable solidarity and claims clear the invents of this day up. Because this death is barely a single case. Since the reunitement of Germany there have been at least 318 deaths in policial interventions. Most of them (f.ex. The death of Oury Jalloh) have not been fully clarified, neither have there been any consequences. In Dortmund the loss of Mouhamed has brought together multiple migrantic and political groups. Together we want to call you on the streets for a noationwide demonstration. The devastating destiny of Mouhamed is just one of thousands. They all merit resolutions and justice. So join us on the street in remembrance of victims. Let us demonstrate together and strong against the reigning practice of violence of the police. Our solidarity is for those who have lost someone due to policial intervention or are vicitms of police brutality.
DORTMUND’DA 19.11.22 TARİHİNDE ÜLKE ÇAPINDA GÖSTERİ ÇAĞRISI – 1000 tane Mouhamed var – Adaleti hak ediyorlar! – Sevgili arkadaşlar
08.08.2022 tarihinde Dortmund polisi Nordstadt’ta 16 yaşındaki Mouhamed Lamine Dramé’yi öldürdü. Senegal’den Almanya’ya kaçan Mouhamed ruhsal bir kriz içindeydi. Olaydan 2 gün önce LWL psikiyatri kliniğinden yardım istemiş ve tekrar eve gönderilmişti. Öldüğü gün, yatılı grubundaki bakıcılar kendisine zarar verebileceğinden korktukları için polisi aradılar. Polis geldiğinde Muhammed bir avlunun uzak köşesinde oturuyordu. Kimse için tehlike arz etmiyordu. Buna rağmen polis avluya baskın yapmaya karar verdi. Mouhamed’e biber gazı ile saldırdılar. Ayağa kalktığında ise onu iki şok tabancası ve bir makineli tüfekle vurdular. Mouhamed kısa bir süre sonra hastanede hayatını kaybetti.
Mouhamed Lamine Dramé’nin ölümü hepimizi derinden sarstı. Bu hikaye münferit bir vaka olmaktan çok uzak olduğu için 8.8.2022 olaylarından sonra gösterilen dayanışma ve açıklama çağrıları dikkat çekti. Yeniden birleşmeden bu yana, polis operasyonlarında sadece ateşli silahlarla en az 318 kişi öldürüldü. Polis memurları tarafından gerçekleştirilen ölümlerin büyük çoğunluğu (örneğin Oury Jalloh’un ölümü), ele alınmak bir yana, hala yeterince soruşturulmamıştır.
Dortmund’da Mouhamed’in kaybı farklı göçmen ve siyasi grupları bir araya getirdi. Birlikte ülke çapında bir gösteri çağrısında bulunmak istiyoruz.
Mouhamed’in korkunç kaderi binlercesinden yalnızca biri. Hepsi aydınlatılmayı ve adaleti hak ediyor. Kurbanları anmak için sokaklarda bize katılın. Gelin hep birlikte, polis tarafından uygulanan ayrımcılık ve ırkçılığa karşı güçlü bir gösteri yapalım.

Le 8.8.22 la police de Dortmund a tué Mouhamed Lamine Dramé. Mouhamed qui s‘était enfui de Senegal en Allemagne se trouvait dans une crise psychique. Deux jours avant il avait déjà cherché pour aide dans la clinique psychiatrique du LWL et a été renvoyé à la maison. La journée de sa mort ses soigneurs du groupe avec lequel il vivait avaient peur qu‘il pourrait se blesser. C‘est pour ca qu‘ils ont appelé la police. Quand la police arrivait Mouhamed a été assis dans un coin d‘une cour. Il ne posait aucun danger pour personne. Néanmoins la police a décidé de prendre l‘assaut à la cour. Ils ont attaqué Mouhamed avec du aérosol poivré. Quand Mouhamed se levait ils ont attaqué avec deux tasers bien qu‘une mitrailette. Mouhanmed a été mort peu après dans l‘hôpital. La mort du Mouhamed nous a bouleversé. Les appels de clarification des évènements du 8.8.22 et la solidarité qui l‘ont suivi sont remarquable. Comme cette histoire n‘est peu qu‘un cas isolé. Depuis l‘unification allemande plus que 318 personnes ont été mort lié a l‘usage d‘armes de feu. La pluspart de ces morts par des policiers (par ex. La mort d‘oury Diallo) n‘ont pas été clarifié, ou ont eu des conséquences pour l‘institution policière
